04/08/2022My little boy was born at Happy Tails and he just did his neuter surgery today. The wound is sutured very pretty and he eats well, looks happy, no side effect but a happy and healthier dog. Highly recommend Dr Jason and the lovely nurses. ?

My dog was born here , he is three years old now. I have to say Jason is a very responsible doctor. He won't give unnecessary medicine or needles. Even if I asked, he'd give me a professional opinion. And then explain it to me very carefully. The nurses at the clinic were very friendly. I think if I didn't move out of Melbourne. My dog will be here all the time.

I have always brought my cat (since 2018) for her annual vaccination and her regular blood test because she has epilepsy and Dr Jason has monitored her since. Dr Jason is very dedicated. I am very grateful to all of them.

Happy Tails is the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to in Melbourne! Dr Jason is passionate about animals, humorous and very knowledgeable. Consultations are surprisingly informative as he always makes sure we pet owners understand the pet’s condition and things to take care of, and the price is reasonable. The nurses are very friendly, professional, and take good care of animals, plus they also provide translation to Chinese. Highly recommended!

06/04/2022Great emergency service. Took my Border Collie Puppy Blue for emergency after she got sting by WASP at our backyard and got swollen around her face while our regular VET was fully booked. Doctor in Happy Tail is very patient and professional. We got all our questions answered and Blue come back to normal/active after medication. Will come again for Blue's regular checks.

Recently he developed a cough and Dr Jason and his team were spot on with the diagnosis and he is on his way to recovery, I want to thank them for the care and support provided to Dennis. The team are very caring, patient and they always make sure to follow up on their furry patients the next day. Would highly recommend!
